In 1959, the same year Bill Peet's first book, Hubert's Hair-Raising Adventure was published, Goliath II was published by Golden Press. Bill wrote and illustrated this original story which he intended to be one of his own books. It is now out of print, but can be found through on-line booksellers. The film short, Goliath II, was released theatrically in 1960. It was nominated for an Academy Award. | |
