WALT'S CAR

"One evening after work as I was heading across the studio parking lot, I ran across Walt and a  small crowd gathered around a huge Lincoln sedan. It was one of the most elaborate Lincolns ever built, a two-tone coral pink and grey model, sparkling with chrome from one end to the other.  After a brief look at the car I was about to go on, when Walt asked me what I thought of it. 'It's too much', I said, 'too much like a two tone aircraft carrier. Way to much'.  'What do you mean, too much?', Walt growled, 'after working all these years I ought to get something out of it'."

"Of course it had to be Walt's car to attract so much attention.  Anyone should have known that. And I should have guessed that the two smartly dressed men in the group, were representatives of the Ford Motor Company by the way they kept glowering at me"
